If you believe that a Geofiber customer or IP address is involved in abusive or illegal activity, please send a detailed report to:

What Happens Next
All abuse reports are reviewed by our network operations team. We will acknowledge receipt of your report within one business day and will investigate promptly. Depending on the nature and severity of the abuse, actions may include warnings, service suspension, service termination, or referral to law enforcement.
For privacy and legal reasons, we may not be able to share the specific actions taken against a customer. However, we take all reports seriously and are committed to maintaining a safe and lawful network.
